Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@fisbuy.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item. Please follow these steps so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible:

• Contact us at cs@fisbuy.com within 48 hours of receiving the wrong item.
• We will arrange a free return shipping label for you at no cost.
• The correct item will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you have changed your mind, here is what you need to know:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused with all original tags attached.
• Refund will be processed minus original shipping costs.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide an immediate resolution, including a replacement or full refund.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Need a different size or color? We are happy to help with exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached.
• To arrange an exchange, please contact us at cs@fisbuy.com.
• Any price differences between exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
