How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your preferred size and color, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping information, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.
How can I check my order status?
Log into your account and visit "My Orders" to view real-time status updates. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage of your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours at cs@fisbuy.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
What are your shipping options?
We offer three shipping options: Economy (₱550, 7-14 days), Standard (₱830, 5-7 days), and Express (₱1,390, 2-3 days). Free shipping is available on all orders over ₱5,500.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. US orders typically arrive within 2-14 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days.
How can I track my package?
Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your package by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders."
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
Contact us and we'll investigate the issue immediately. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
How do I initiate a return?
Email cs@fisbuy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your personal information.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience next time.
